Friday the 11th

Had to pick up my regular contacts for filming since I can't film with circle lenses!

 

It's funny that they have Japanese on the box when the optometrist I got them from aren't even Asian! XD

I haven't worn regular contacts since the first time I got them like 3-4 years ago! They feel so slimy! Fun!

Oh, when I first got into my dad's car, I got really surprised. He had been sporting his caterpillar mustache for a long time and it was suddenly gone! I have my old dad back! But now he really looks his ripe old age of 72!

Yesterday

Tina came back from Champaign so we had a date

 

Went to Taco Burrito King cause we were both mad hungry and the place we were originally going had no parking!

I have been craving horchatas sooooooo much this past month! I finally got a large one! It was super large and I was very happy! ^^

We went to King Spa after eating. Hours and hours of much needed girl talk was had and it was fantastic! I never notice time passing when I talk with Tina!

So at my religion meeting, we had a skit that was based off of The Wizard of Oz and I was "Glinda Johnson - the good priest." I felt like my tiara suited Keigo way better.

I got back home and was waiting for my dad so I could go out and get flowers. While waiting, I played around with one of the lipsticks I never got to wear out during fall.

 

Revlon's Black Cherry

I wanted to try a vampy color cause I always get pinks and nudes (that don't even suit me T_T).

 

It's actually darker in real life. Hee hee my dark circles and eye bags work to make me look more vampire-y. I had an hour and a half of sleep T_T

But they just made the color look plain red :/

After getting flowers and eating, I stopped by Barnes and Nobles to pick up a book to take with me to Kentucky.

 

While I was there, I tried to take advantage of happy hour for the first time in my life but either that Starbucks doesn't participate in it, or it doesn't happen on weekends like Sandy says. Boo! >[

My obsession right now <3 I watched the first season twice and then read the first book. Haven't been soooo obsessed with a series since Harry Potter!

Oh yeah, anyone have an opinion on these glasses? I bought these frames years ago to turn into my second pair but I never did. But I also have another frame in mind. Hmm~

Last day of school again

*to Yura:* Ooh so you're an artist? *O* Ah I have to get back to catching up on Korean shows. I'm close to a year behind! >.< Darn it! I am still willing to try the fruit XD The weather here is crazy as well! You have like all four seasons in one day or it's summer in winter and vice versa! Sociology is fun but it was just my class that was super blah >.<

I've been eating less yet I think my face has gotten rounder! D:

I met up with Naomi and Paco to watch our old teacher perform together.

After the show we went to eat at a place called Old Jerusalem.

Yesterday

I need a pair of nice black pumps

Sandy, April, and I went to watch a play after Sandy finished work :D

Sandy noticed that I still had this as my lock screen (since I first got my phone in January) and she was like "Why do you still have this ugly thing?" So she gave me one of her flowers XD

 

We tried out a Korean fusion chicken place called Crisp before the show!

 

I spazzed out when I saw that they had cream soda!! Haven't had it in years!

She is sooo happy

They were pretty much bibim bap in a tortilla but still yummy! And HUGE! I have to go back for their chicken XD

 

The play was good too. It was about the cases of the Chicago police torturing hundreds of people they arrested (a lot were innocent) and no one knew about it. 

But during intermission, Sandy and April went to quickly grab Argo and came back right as the house manager was closing the door. She didn't let them in -_- Bogus. So I was in there panicking and waiting for a good time to leave which never happened...OTL

Sandy took a polaroid with me so I wanted to take a couple with them but they kept refusing! >O

Today

So today was the last day of my Japanese class at my second school so I am completely on summer break! 

 

We brought food :D I can't cook so I brought cup ramen ahahaha!

We just ate the whole time and I listened to the grown ups talk.

That's...a lot of my face...

*to Yura:* Ah it's the least I can do >.< Oh, what do you do on your iPad? D'aw thank you! Ahaha I thought durian was gonna be great cause I saw Victoria really liking it in wgm so I was like *O* I wanna try! I swear the cuteness enhances the taste!

April, Monday the 30th
Hi!

My final for LGBT was optional so I chose not to take it! XD Such a great class! I encourage everyone to take an LGBT class if it's available to you!
I selca-ed while waiting for the bus since I was leaving home later than usual

Lulz I look sad

So when I got to school, the weather was cloudy but dry. My weather app didn't say anything about rain either. Lo and behold, it starts pouring and I have to walk ten minutes to my voice class. I didn't have an umbrella and I couldn't really cover myself cause I was carrying boxes of donuts that I bought for my improv class since I ran out of batter for cupcakes. I got soaked ahahaha

I was leading the warm ups that day and I was a couple minutes late so I ran in class worried but my teacher was just like "D: Go and dry your hair before you catch a cold!" She's such a sweet lady.
But I botched my warm up and I did crap on my Shakespeare monologue OTL When will I ever present a good monologue!?

I set up the self timer and I guess it was going off without me knowing while I was putting on the flash. There was only one film left too.

They are such wonderful people. I was so sad! They would chant my name really loudly every time I was called to do a scene! T____T I will cherish this class forever! It was the BEST!

May, Tuesday the 1st

Le theme for May

Had a quick date with April after I finished my sociology final. I'm so happy that that class is finally over! I really hated that class.

My Vermont wrap and clam chowder. The chowder was too potato-y. This was surprisingly really good!

April and I parted ways after getting our cream puffs cause she had to go back to her school to study for her finals.

Last day of school!!! Well, one of them at least XD

I quickly took my one final and then came back home. It was so nice to be back home early!
I still don't believe that I'm on summer break now...
