Of course I caught up in 2018 just to not blog for a year and a half.

It's the longest I've been absent so even just typing "blogger" into the search bar was a strange feeling. But I'm back again. And I've decided I always will be no matter how big a break I take or how shitty my pictures get. I love looking back and seeing what I was up to because my memory isn't so great anymore, and it makes me see that I've done many things to be happy about. Also I spilled very hot soup on my laptop and lost all my pictures and videos from 2018 and some from 2017. Good thing I blogged. I'm definitely still not gonna update my external drive before I destroy another laptop, so it's a small comfort that internet is forever. Until the grid goes down.

It's nearing the end of quarantine and I've spent the past almost three months drowning in the feeling that my life is a huge waste of time. Not that that hasn't always been my concern, but now it's constantly on my mind because I'm alone with my thoughts and not busy with things to distract me. Now that it's almost time to start integrating back into "normal" life, I'm gonna try to get some things that I've super procrastinated on, done so I can feel like I wasn't a complete piece of shit in this time. Wow...my writing has gotten even worse so let me stop trying to journal my feelings and just get to it.

I want to take more pictures of myself, like how I used to when I was very active on here. It makes me a little sad that I didn't as a pre/teen, even middle school (even though I was UGLY) so I don't want to feel that way later. Oh youth, I'm sorry I didn't cherish you when I had you~ (╥ᆺ╥；)

Ahh~ My first Creepyyeha purchase after years of just fanning online!

Beautiful packaging. I wish I was rich enough to buy everything she makes.

February: 

Tuesday the 5th

I tried this cookie baked in muffin tin thing for dessert after Cho Sun Ok. Disappointing.

Saturday the 9th

Guess I took these all day.

 Thursday the 14th

Asked for meat instead of seaweed soup.

Went through the letters and cards I've kept through the years.

 These are from my dad. It was crazy seeing them date all the way to 2007.

I decided to throw away cards but kept the letters.

Met with Sarah and Cat for birthday karaoke later.

Cat used to train in opera!

Sunday the 17th

Pitchfork was doing a midwinter thing at the Art Institute so of course Becca and I went!

It was such a different feeling being there at night. We loved it.

We didn't want to pay extra so we just watched the few free perfomances.

 Loved this view.

We got hungry and I forgot to take a picture... Shout out to the guy who snuck us an extra food ticket.

We coordinated. 

Oh and that's the Creepyyeha case I bought!

Forastero this time with Sarah

It's the one Korean Mexican fusion place I highly approve of.

And the only kimchi fries I like!

Ahh to eat at restaurants again....

I thought BMO looked so cute next to the plant Ed gave me for my birthday.

Monday the 25th

Tried Texas de Brazil this time with Angelica

 I think I prefer this place to Fogo. Partially because they have that awesome soda.

Thursday the 28th

Monday the 11th

I don't remember why Angelica and I were at Ikea but here we are.

Friday the 22nd

Tried something different with makeup.

I never used that eyeliner again.

Met up with Sarah at the cafe across the street from the church we used to rehearse at. 

 I don't remember why were meeting but who cares?? To meet up with people at places again ahhhhh

Was at Steep on a Saturday as per usual doing my understudy duties.

YUP THE EPIK HIGH CONCERT!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!

Brittany Campbell opened.

Okay this is a huuuge tangent but this woman and I have crossed paths in such strange ways I have to talk about it. Maybe in like 2016-17, she randomly followed me on instagram and I thought it was so strange cause she's this cool person who was in HAMILTON at the time. A significant amount of time later, I was binging a podcast from the beginning and this episode from 2014 was interviewing a Brittany Campbell. I remembered the name and was like wait.....and it was the same person on instagram! It had been a long time since she had unfollowed me in 2018 but guess who I see in the beginning of the episode of Chicago P.D. that I was also in. And in the part that I originally auditioned for! And then six months later here I am watching her open for Epik High! Crazy!

But not even cause I didn't take that many photos. I realized through writing this post that I was mostly recording which is not what I usually do.

I had to put all the videos together especially since they uploaded jumbled up to my story back when it happened. I wish there weren't so many different cameras to record things with cause the files are a mess. Thank goodness someone put the set list online.

 I can't believe I was that annoying. I'm so sorry to all the people who were around me. I went crazy.

And that I didn't get to touch any of them ahaha. I didn't get to the venue as early as I wanted to stand closer to the stage but I met Imani and Dora who came from out of state and were sooo nice. 

Still bummed I didn't get the hoody. I keep not getting a piece of merch that I end up really regretting. Last time it was the hat so I made sure I got it this time and good thing I did cause I would have looked worse. I'll just get ALL the merch next time...
